"My order actually arrived quicker than I..."
My order actually arrived quicker than I was expecting, which was a nice surprise. The tracking seemed to work fine too, at least from what I could tell.

"Sorta surprised how much it helped"
I’ve been using this cream for about three weeks now, and my skin feels way calmer. The dry patches on my cheeks are mostly gone, and it doesn’t sting like some other ones I’ve tried. It’s not some overnight miracle or anything, but it sorta did exactly what I needed it to do. Ordering was easy too, so I’d definitely buy it again

"Refund wait felt unnecessary"
I did get my refund in the end, but it took longer than I expected. The whole delay felt kind of unnecessary, but at least it was eventually sorted out.

"I got a few things from maisonkin..."
I got a few things from maisonkin, and yeah, they pretty much look like the pictures. The style is nice, colors were close enough, and nothing showed up looking totally different or weird.

The quality is where it gets a little iffy. One piece felt lighter than I thought it would, and the stitching was a bit messy in spots. It’s not falling apart or anything, it’s still usable, but rough answer is I’d probably wait for a sale instead of paying full price.

Well... for the price, I think it’s worth it. It’s not perfect, but it does the job and I’m happy with it overall.

"Customer service was actually helpful"
I had a small issue with my order, so I messaged customer service. I wasn’t totally sure if I was explaining the problem clearly, but they got back to me quickly and helped sort it out. I did have to follow up once, so it wasn’t completely perfect, but it was still a good experience overall...

"Easy enough to order, no regrets"
I wasn’t trying to spend a ton of time figuring things out, so I’m glad the website was simple to use. My order went through without any hassle, and I got the updates I needed along the way, which made me feel better about placing it. Everything was smooth from start to finish, so I feel like it was a reasonable choice. I’m happy with how it turned out and would order again.
